The wind keeps on blowing harsher and harsher as the night steps in. The wind chill index reaches -32oC even though the actual temperature is -19oC. A big snow storm hit Ottawa since very late last night till the afternoon. The snow kept on falling like a big smash of rain that the ground crew could bearly keep up with the cleaning on the road and the pedestrian malls on campus. This morning, the temperature with wind chill was -23oC. Right now, the current temperature is -3oC. What a big difference in temperature. My sweater is in my backpack almost the whole day which makes it look bulgy.

Unlike yesterday, today is particularly chilly and dry. Right now the recorded temperature is -16oC, but the wind chill index reached -25oC. Just a small walk from one building to another on campus was nearly unbearable when the wind blew to my face and through my bones.
